    Hey everyone
    I'm keen to make some MFP friends.
    I've been a member for some time but have dipped in and out of the site over the years so I'm still a newbie!
    I've just moved to York in England so I'm yet to make friends here (you guys are my new home friends now!).
    I'm just into week 2 of a 2:5 fast plan so I'd be keen to chat to people who've done it before, or anyone for that matter - love learning new things from my peers and encouraging others if I can.
