    I could definitely use some like minded people! I am at the beginning of my journey! Mom of 3! Recently diagnosed with PCOS and insulin resistance. My doctor has given me 3 months to lose 5-7% of my body weight or Meds it is, so here I am! Low carb diets and gym 3 times a week! Add me!
