Hi, I'm Kasey! I'm 23 and a toddler teacher. I just quit smoking on Friday and I am excited to start focusing on my crappy diet. I actually am really active and kayak, hike, etc. really frequently. I am entirely too busy and stressed, I believe that's why I've developed horrible habits like skipping meals, bingeing, not sleeping ): I just want to feel better and be a good role model for the tiny humans I teach and love!0
