    Hi! I log my workouts here but not my food. I know I will get my best results by logging my food. My current friends are not very interactive. ☺️. We all could use a little inspiration / motivation on this journey. I'm very close to my "goal" weight but I want to improve my eating habits to enhance my health. How does one add friends on this app? Also, is it worth the cost to upgrade the app? Thanks!

    I really need to focus here. My problem is that I can have a few great days, and then kill the progress with a binge of eating/drinking. That's the problem with living in a city -- there is always a happy hour somewhere. Even Whole Foods has one!
