    Traveling this week, so taking the time to re-think my balance with food, exercise, life -- just all of it. Can I be fit without having to dedicate my every exercise moment to a goal race? Can I be fit just to feel good, but without the muscle aches and soreness? Can I eat that damn bagel without thinking that its going to cost me 2 miles of running tomorrow?
