    My first day. Trying to figure things out. Spent a month researching which "diet" to go on....after total confusion, fear of what I might lose will only come back and gaining another 3 lbs., decided don't diet, make smaller, slower baby steps to being healthy and join MFP. Thanks for all your posts. They are so encouraging!

    Iโ€™ll admit I have kept falling of the wagon recently and I lose friends due to this โ€œissueโ€ but here I am once again... Iโ€™m a full week into logging in and at least logging my workouts... Iโ€™ll get around to the food part soon but my wall is lacking entertainment really... help me not become bored. :smiley:
