    New to all this have another 30llbs to loose and as l am told weight loss is not a sprint.     I'm on here most every day. I try to eat whole "real" foods and stay away from processed junk. I slip up now and then, but back at it right away. Would like to connect with like minded people. This pic is old before my knees blew out. :( Now I mostly swim or home gym on machines as I can.

    I've been here for a little over 4 months. A lot of previous friends stop using the app once they meet their goals, so it's good to meet new ones.
    I mainly run and do pushups, but I'm starting to get into strength training.
