    Hi all !

    I do need some friends on here,
    I’m 24 from South Africa and I live in France - baguettes, cheese and tuns of wine has led me astray and I have gained a few kilos !

    Just want to start getting back in shape and portion sizing correctly again ! With my physical 16-18h job I eat a lot more than the usual ..
    Need to drop 10kg.
