I had oatmeal this morning... which really isn't unusual... but the horrible intestinal cramps I'm having now are.

Does anyone know some miracle solution to relieve them? This is seriously painful.

chamomile tea, and ginger tea, chew some fennel seeds, they are excellent at expelling trapped gas

See your doctor. I thought I had gas but am now stuck at home with a horrible infection in my large intestine. You need to get it checked out!

Might also be ovarian cysts, gave me the same bad painful symptoms.

I always found peppermint tea (drunk as hot as you can stand it and unsweetened) combined with a heat pack held against the tummy to be the best solution.

Hope it just turns out to be a tummy bug x

Mint is very relaxing, which is the first thing that you want to do. The more stressed you are the worse the cramps will be. Drink water, but not ice cold water. Believe me, that will make it worse. It could be any number of things. Try to stick to foods that won't be upsetting to your stomach for the rest of the day. Stay away from the burrito at lunch ;) Hope you feel better quickly.

Yep... Ended up going to the ER and I have two massive ones. Ugh.

Yuck. I'm sorry. XS I've had a few of those too and had to have surgery on one. Hope they dissolve back into your body!

Buscopan is pretty easy to get hold of and is especially useful for lower digestive cramps, but any doubts it's more than that would see doctor.. Hope you feel better soon!
