Where can I find healthy smoothies? I don't like many fruits and vegetables so I don't get the nutrients from them much. I like spinach and lettuce and bananas, oranges, and apples, but was thinking maybe some fruits and vegetables don't have much of a strong flavor so I could put them in so I can get my fruits and veggies I need. Also, how do you track them.

    You track a smoothie the same as any food. Add the calories. I usually have peach,strawberry or chocolate about 3 times a week.Just Google smoothies to get a lot of ideas. Frozen fruit from the grocery is fine,but remember to measure by wt or cup. Pat

    I love making green smoothies for lunch. The one i normally make is about 400 calories. I use spinach, milk, whatever frozen fruit i like, chia seeds and flaxseed. Sometimes i put oats in it

    I have a smoothie everyday for lunch. I stuff as much fruit,spinach and kale in there as i can!

    To weigh/log your ingredients, just place your blender cup on a scale, then add each ingredient one by one, pressing tare after each one.
