I love Monday's - a fresh start!

Hey all,
I just wanted to post an uplifting, happy Monday message. Sooo... happy Monday! I love that each week is a new start. Of course, any day can be a new start but Mondays just seem so easy to me. This week I am doing a few things differently. The first (already done) is I am going to schedule my workouts instead of leaving it to chance. Second, I've been doing awesome with my running but I need to get back to the gym for some weight training, muscle building awesomeness. Finally, I am gonna log my meals today. No coffee, no sugar - log the meals. I do so much better when I'm logging consistently and manage my cravings much better when coffee and sugar are out of the equations.
Does any one else want to share what they'll do to today to make a fresh start?

    I love the fresh start aspect of Mondays also! Plus, it is the first of the month - for some reason Mondays on the 1st day of a month are particularly empowering!
