Help!

I have lost 10 pounds in 10 days (that's when I began) but I haven't lost any more in 4 days! What am I doing wrong and/or what can I do to start losing again?

You are thinking wrong. 1/2 to 1 pound per WEEK is a good loss rate. You have probably lost some water weight. Water weight fluctuates. Be patient. Eat at a moderate deficit. Weigh everything you eat and drink.0
