When or how to work out?

I have lost 35 pounds by just eating within my calories and a little bit of walking. My weight loss has slowed down and I know I need to incorporate more exercise into my plan. I own an elliptical at home and also would like to work on toning with squats, push-ups, sit-ups, etc. The thing is, my work schedule is going to be hectic for the next month. I'll be working 12-14 hours a day and at the end of the month, 7 days a week. What should I do about finding time to fit in a workout with this crazy of a schedule? Should I take walks on my breaks? Is that even worth it? I'll have four 15 minute breaks and two 30 minute meal breaks. Should I just wait until July when my schedule is back to normal? I have a data processing job so I am sitting at a desk all day. I am willing to wait a bit longer and start once I have more time. But if anyone has any advice on fitting in work outs before then, I would love to hear (read) them!
