Hey guys! Im part of this group that is going to be focusing pretty heavily on the Dos and Donts of nutrition as well as daily workouts. We are also going to discuss the mental side to all of this. Id love to have some people do it with me! anyone want in?

What are these "dos and don'ts"? Also, I prefer to have a rest day every other day - it allows me to recover so I can push harder when I actually do exercise.
The latter has nothing to do with weight loss, but fitness and performance gains.0 -
