Hey guys my name is Ry, I have tried to lose weight many times before but always fail and gain much more weight from it. I figured I will try it again but want to get as many friends on here so I have the support I need. I started today at 322.6 pounds which is the heaviest I've ever been. I am hoping to lose the weight get in shape so I can join the military. Anybody have good tips to help me stay on track?

Have you spoken with a recruiter yet? If so, they'll generally do PT with you in the mornings, and come up with a plan to get you on the right track.
Hell, recruiters will sometimes even get you a gym membership, and go with you every day.
