Ligher AM heavier PM

It seems like I feel lightest in the morning and then suddenly around 4 PM I feel slightly bloated/hEavier. There is no real change in my weight, just how my body feels. I am eating a consistent diet, hitting my macro's and my calories are spread out fairly evenly for me based upon my activities. I don't eat much in the dairy department... some greek yogurt a couple times a week. My sodium is generally low for the day. I do eat a lot of veggies but by now my body is used to the amount that I eat. I can't figure out why I feel like this. Anyone else feel like this? My diary is open if anyone cares to take a look... ideas, suggestions welcome. Thanks!

try the elimination diet of cutting out certain foods to find what makes you bloated.0

Thanks. I was thinking of doing that. I used to chew a lot of gum and know that bloats so I gave it up, that seemed to work a bit but still...0
