what do you do when you're hungry? Lately I always feel hungry and I am trying so hard not to eat when I don't need to.
Does somebody have any tricks or something to teach me?
Thanks in advance

Eat the right number of calories for your height, weight loss goal and activity level. Don't go below 1200 calories.
Your weight loss goal may be too agressive. Try setting the pounds to lose per week lower and get more calories.
Protein, fats and fiber can help you feel satisfied.0 -
Are you just going to keep asking until someone says it's OK to eat 300 calories a day?
