Hi, everyone. I am just getting back into logging everything with MFP. I need some good friends to motivate and be motivated by. I have lost 30 pounds so far and need to lose about another 20 or so.
I enjoy cycling, swimming, running, rebounding, etc.
Saturday I will compete in my first-ever triathlon. I am excitedly nervous.
