Any body hear of Kaela Itenes? She is an Australian trainer who has blown up all over the Uk and US. She has a bikini challenge. The before and after pictures are unbelievable!! There are a lot of pics so you can see the effectiveness. The workouts are really key, but they are challenging. Just curious if anyone has heard of her, or tried her bikini challenge?
