I'm 59 and wanting to lose 20 lbs. I've been on a slow journey of gaining all the weight I lost doing a bootcamp type class/diet plan. I'm ready to do this again on my own with support from others on the same journey.

    Hello and good luck! This app is the best place to start, it's kept me, a serious food addict, on track (mostly) since Feb and I've lost nearly 2 stone. Another 3 to go and then it will be the lifelong journey of staying at a healthy weight. Add me as a friend if you like and you can moan, rant or celebrate with me! :)

    Welcome and I agree with Suzy above. This app has kept me on track. I've lost 30 lbs since January, and although I initially did so on a specific diet plan, I am now doing this on my own and through this app. I love the cheers I have received from online friends when I have little daily triumphs.
