Very filling meal - Cheese Grits w/Poached Eggs
Hi Everyone,
I'm always looking for filling foods that offer some variety yet are quick to make; had this for lunch today and I thought it was delicious and very filling. I had lunch about 3 hours ago and I feel satiated from this meal.
Basically cook 1/4 of cup of dry grits w/1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup milk; add cheese and 1 tbsp of butter once done and put it in a bowl. Then add 2 poached eggs with salt/pepper; DELICIOUS!!

I love polenta - or corn grits as you call in the US
I have it with Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese on top with eggs

The poached eggs break open and the creamy center just adds some deliciousness; loved it!!0
