    I dont have the gizmo from the picture but I do have almost the same scars on my knee/leg :smile:

    This looks like an electric impulse machine - I used one years ago which was prescribed after a car accident but not sure if it did anything.

    What are you using this for?

    I've had 3 knee surgeries and they have me on it for pain management
