Hi,
How many bodypump classes should I do a week and when will i see results?

    I do between 3 and 5 body pump sessions per week. I do it because I enjoy it and I want to build strength and tone as well as just shedding fat. Building muscle helps you lose fat but it also makes you look and feel better. I also do combat 2-3 times per week and circuits one per week. I'm thinking about adding a spin class. What results do you want to see? If you stick at it you will certainly see that after a while you can build your weights up more and that must mean you are building muscle! Go for it but do it because you enjoy it and don't worry too much about results, they will come with time.
