i really struggle with healthy foods.
I have such a fast acting metabolism that I burn off energy so fast.
I find eating the foods that are "bad" for you keep me fuller for longer. When I eat healthy, I find I'm always hungery. The only thing that works is porrage but who wants to eat porrage 24/7!!!
Any tips on decent food plan websites or books?

Hey @Jimmy2183,
First off be thankful for the fast metabolism haha
Secondly, you shouldn't worry so much about only eating "healthy" foods. You need to find the foods that work for you and allow you to meet your goals. If it works better for you to have some foods that are often described as being less healthy that is just fine. Just make sure you are staying within you calorie budget! I've had the same experience in the past and it wasn't until I finally introduced some "bad" foods that I became much happier and had a plan I could follow. Hope this helps!0 -
You can eat nutrient dense foods like avocados, nuts, etc and feel fuller longer, also don't forget your protein - that is satiating too.0

I find the opposite usually. Heavily refined carbs leave me hungry soon after.
Consider higher fat options, avocados, nuts etc.0 -
