Being 41, I have noticed it is much harder to drop weight now vs just a few years ago. The slowing metabolism stinks. Anyone have luck with finding ways to increase metabolism?

I have had a lot of success with MFP and I alternate weights and cardio about 4-5 times a week. The weight isn't coming off fast but it's coming off.0
