Yeah! I've kinda given him crap before, but after logging and showing him yesterday what was up, I think he saw that I really want to do this. He loves junk food, and I think it'll be tough. But we can do it!
I'm also a smoker, and wanna quit for myself and my baby, but he (my husband, not my baby lol) loves smoking. Maybe someday he'll be into that too... Even if not, I plan on quitting. It just sucks. I wanna be healthy for little Logan!

I ordered the scale! It should be here in about two days :) and my husband is lucky because he can eat anything and really hasn't gained more than ten pounds in the past five years.. But he said he'd support what I am doing here, even if it means no more pizza rolls for dinner!
    Poor guy, lol

If it's that Ozeri one, I love it. Made a huge difference and probably saved me easily 100-200 cals/day from estimating sizes.

Both of you on the same page will make an immense difference in how you handle your health. When my wife got pregnant and post-baby her diet was horrible and I gained about 7-8 lbs quickly and struggled to keep it at no more than that, it's hard to sit next to someone eating something tasty and calorie dense like pizza and not have any yourself.

This too. I'm very lucky that my husband jumps on board with whatever I cook, so cooking healthier/more protein was no biggie for him. It helps SO much to all be eating the same meals. Less stress, more time to enjoy each other's company.

This is huge, my baby girl is going on 9mo old soon and I've fed her every kind of vegetable we eat on a regular basis so she's eating what we eat. I cook it up just the way I cook it for us and puree in a food processor. Sometimes I'll add a little olive oil or something and saute it a little to get it that roasted flavor, hand her an apple slice or something like that and let her just gnaw away on it with her little teeth.

So I've stepped up my clean eating quite a bit, because I don't want to be all talk when she's able to understand more of what's going on in the world.

I feel lucky that he's finally up for it! I've been bugging him for a couple years and I'm so happy he's actually into it now :dizzy: And yeah, I feel better when I eat healthy, if Logan's anything like his dad, he will be able to eat anything without gaining an ounce, but that's not the point. Skinny doesn't equal healthy!
And when I am eating a bunch of junk food, I feel sick. Luckily too, we have the nutribullet thingy, so I can make Logan's food fresh! :)

It is that one, I'm pretty pumped!
