Band glute bridges at home redux

Sorry, I posted about this in the General forum, more appropriate here.
I want to do band glute bridges at home. Any ideas on how to anchor the bands?
Here are some ideas, but I think with a strong band, having to worry about holding it with feet or hands might be counterproductive
If the band maxes out at 60 lbs of resistance, what weight would I need to hold it down safely on either end, if I used weight plates?

If you have weight plates, could you just do weighted glute bridges with plates or other home weights? You can also do them from a balance ball or a low-ish surface, for something different.

For band, I think having to hold with hands or feet might be annoying... but if done properly, I don't think it would be counterproductive.0 -

Not really - my wrist is an issue for anything over 10 lbs I sometimes do feet-elevated hip thrusts, which is good, but I'd like to find a way to make the bands work at home - at the gym, I wrap it around bits of the squat rack as per Nia Shanks
Re wrapping it around the feet, I just think it'll throw off the movement, know what I mean?
I just came up with this - if the dumbbell approach I found bothers my wrist, maybe I could stick a broom handle behind the legs of my bed (width-wise), and then attach weightlifting hooks to the broom handle, and loop the band around that. Or just the broom handle, somehow.
Ach sorry - forgot to say thank you for your thoughts!0
