This is so hard I can't seem to lose anything. In need fiber and not sure what to eat that has lots of fiber.

    what are doing to lose weight? what type of exercise program are you doing, what supplements are you taking? what is your calories goals set at? Do you have a meal plan that is high in protein and carbs and low in fat? Im in this boot camp program that has us at 50\30\20 ladies at 1300 calories and men at 2100 calories. We have people losing on the average of 2.5 pounds a week. which including working out 6 day a week.. anyway if you need help please add me to your friends list and here is my site with my story of my journey..
