Although I think being comfortable with your naked body is important. One of the things I did once I'd lost a bunch of weight was go with a friend to a nude bar. You have to take off everything except your shoes and socks. It was fun. It's amazing how much we judge someone by what they wear. My friend and I were still trying to make assumptions about people by what shoes they were wearing.
