Started working out 3 months ago. I have gained between 5-8 lbs which frustrates me, however, my measurements are the same.
Can anyone help me to figure out why my measurements are exactly the same as 3 months ago, even though my weight is up? I measured my arms, legs, chest, waist, hips, and legs.

It's hard to say unless you tell us how much you're eating and what your exercise routine is.0

Imagine if you will, 6 pounds of butter.
Now imagine taking handfuls of that butter and spreading it over every inch of your body.
How thick of a layer did you imagine covering your body?
Was it a fairly thin layer? Something you may over look if you measured the circumference of your butter covered body?
