UK? Postpartrum?

Anyone from the UK on here? Or possibly postnatal women trying to loose weight? Im 12 weeks postpartrum, have lost 3 and a half stone (baby weight) so now at pre Pregnancy weight, would like to loose 2 more stone. Anyone relate?
