What's Your "Ideal Weight"?

Found this blog post really helpful this week. You see from time to time I irrationally beat myself up for not weighing "xyz" anymore like I "used to". Then I ran this calculation and realized I would have to get to 13% body fat if I wanted to lose 15lbs and not give up any muscle mass. But to get to 20% BF, I can lose a little under 5 lbs. It's been freeing to let that number go and focus more on getting stronger and losing body fat!

And I can say with some certainty I was probably at a higher BF% at xyz weight than I am now! Bottom line, the scale is just one tool to measure progress. Don't overlook the other factors that can spur you on to a healthier version of you!
