I found this website 2 weeks ago and began logging what I eat. On most days, I end up going over on my calories by just a few calories and I get a message that if I keep eating like that in 4 weeks I will be 194 lbs. Then on the other hand, if I don't eat all of my calories which I was proud of myself yesteday, I still had 200 left, I get the message that I'm not eating enough. I'm just alittle frustrated. Does it have to be perfect? Thanks.
