    Good morning!! I know exactly what that feels like! You're in it for awhile feeling good and then BAM!! You skip a day at the gym.. And then two.. Your eating starts to get worse. Then you find yourself in a downward spiral... Correct?! We've all been there and IT SUCKS!!! The thing is you have to look at the bigger picture. You have to step back and realize that this is a life journey. Set some goals. Have your girlfriend workout with you and eat healthy with you! That changes everything! What are you trying to accomplish?! What are your goals?! How do you go about teaching these goals?! Where do you want to be a year down the road in your fitness journey?!
