Hey all,

been using fitness pal / mapmyrun for a while now to loose weight. Started last year to loose weight for my wedding and manged to go from 17.5st to something like 15.5st. Now after a lul I wanna get back into things and try and get to 13/14st.

all ive been doing is running in my area which is just hills and using Xbox fitness for a mix up. Any support or tips would be great and deffo appreciated. :)
