When do pounds become stubborn (assuming calorie intake is low enough for weight loss)? At a particular BMI or body fat? When your body needs a break?

That all depends on how anxious you are to get to your goal.0

I don't understand this whole "stubborn" fat thing. Those last pounds of fat are no different than the 10-100 pounds before it. You might need to get more accurate with your logging since the margin for error is smaller when there's almost no fat left. But other than that I'd say continue with a calorie deficit until it's gone.0

I'd say the last 10. And they are only stubborn if you aren't patient and just wait until they come off. It's when your patience gets the best of you when they seem stubborn.0
