reading up on body recomping. basically eating at a calorie surplus on weight lifting days and at a deficit on the other days. (different then the standard bulk/cut cycling). has anyone done this and how did it work for you? no specific questions teally, just curious to hear your thoughts on this regimen.

Basically you eat at maintenance and slowly add muscle while slowly losing fat. My understanding is that this is a slow process and a number of factors come into play when assessing how effective it can be.0
