Cardio or Just lift heavy on my "Off Days"

I've actually been able to do all of my heavy singles. I'm a little surprised too, but I think significantly cutting back on the amount/intensity of cardio has helped prevent a major burnout. I've also been deloading with the squats and DLs at the end of each cycle (instead of testing my 1RM).
I did OHP today; and that went horribly, but I blame that on NyQuil and allergies.0
