Need support and motivation to reach my goal!!

I need to lose 50lbs but keep failing to keep my self on track so any tips motivation and support would be so appreciated

    Measure and weigh your fresh foods to log most accurately. Drink enough water, approximately half your body weight in ounces. Log in everyday, even if you feel like you didn't have a perfect day. No one is perfect, even the people who look seemingly perfect. Consistency is key and there are a lot of people to support you in this type of community. Good luck.
