Making major changes.

First post. Never used a forum before so I thought I would give this a try. Looking to make some major changes and get back to some old habits. Need to lose some weight, clean up my diet, and get back into an aggressive weight lifting routine. It's been a few years since I have done anything serious like this. Need some motivation. I would love to talk to anyone in the same/similar situation for advice and accountability. Add me and best of luck to everyone on their goals.

    calories in = calories out. The hard part is figuring out the calories out (how much your body truly burns), but MFP does a fairly good job estimating for you I think. Best way is to track yourself and see what works for ya, good luck!
