Getting back on track!

I lost a lot of weight a few months ago with MFP and working out minimum 4 times a week. However, I fell off my routine :( . I started strong yesterday (6/1). I would love some support/tips, and I would love to give support back! Add me.

    Same here! I just started out yesterday as well. Since January I've gone from 170lbs to 195lbs - I just want to get back to where I was last summer and fit in my size 8 jeans comfortably again. Currently sitting in a 12 :-/
