Turbofire vs. Rocking Body

I'm debating on which one I should buy. I exercise at least 5x a week, so I don't want to buy something that might be a little too easy (I love that afterburn, I know it's weird). I have Tapout XT, but I don't think it's targeted for cardo as it does for strength and toning. I feel that I should drop the weight first, then tone. Any suggestions?

I'm assuming $ isn't a concern. If money is no object, I'd go with TF.

You could do a hybrid of both. I am currently doing a Turbofire/Chalean Extreme hybrid and I love it! No need to drop weight before you hit the weights. Strength training has done way more for my body than cardio.

TURBOFIRE all the way! On my second round and absolutely addicted! It is a bit pricier but worth it!

If you are looking for a "tough" cardio workout, TF is great. Upbeat music and the instructor is amazing.
I have no experience with Rocking Body.

Turbo Fire! The first time I did the 15 minute HIIT workout I was as sore as when I did two hours of volleyball conditioning! It's powerful!!

Definitely Turbo Fire! I did Rockin Body as a warmup before starting TF and I can say that while I've done both, I really, really love TF.

As other people have said, it's also far more intense than RB.

I have both and Turbo Fire is by far way more challenging :-) I throw Rockin Body in for fun sometimes. The only reason I bought Rockin Body is because it is 19.95 right now.
  • I am on my last week of Rockin' Body...albeit I didn't follow the plan exactly. It is cheesy, but it's a fun workout if you're into dance workouts. The Rock it Out workout is NO joke...it's basically a strength workout and I definitely get sore doing it. Same with the Hardcore Abs segment. I did the first day with the 15-minute learning disc and laughed...but it got a little tougher after that.

I just ordered TurboFire and am looking to start this Monday as long as it gets delivered on time, so I'll review that at some point!
