Eat fewer calories than you burn. You can punch the bag all you want, and exercise is great, but your biggest bang for your buck is eating to a calorie goal. Weigh all the food you can and log it into MFP. Easy game really.
  • One thing that helps me is putting reminders up. I keep a note on my mirror that reads, "This is important to me."
It's also become, well, to be honest, fun or interesting to me to measure my calorie intake as accurately as possible. I look at my food budget the same way I look at my checking account---"Would I rather spend it on this, or wait and spend it on that later?"

Also, I recommend starting tonight. This is important to you NOW. Your goals are within your grasp.
Set up your account, make friends, set your goals. Read articles about it. Look at the success stories. Watch YouTube videos. It's incredibly motivating! This is something you can make happen (and it honestly won't take that long when you get your mind right).

    I believe in you.

Log all your food accurately, and consistently. Even if you go over you goals, it helps you notice patterns in your eating habits that you'll be able to tweak as you go.

Thanks will start in the morning keep to properly logging,
Something I didn't think a bout was how often I see something I like to get but then think if I was 2st lighter and then 4st lighter just how much better it would look ,
