    I've recently had blood tests done and I've got a clean bill of health. I am gradually upping my calories as I think that is the root of the period issues.

    Do, how ya doing with the increases, setting ant impact with negative our positive?

    less alcohol but more actual food... increase food slowly. Are you exercising? that'll help get yr metabolism regulated. If things seem really off kilter, try seeing a dietitian or nutritionist for a recovery plan.
