Fancy Cheese Dessert?

Please help me not sound stupid.

My boss wants me to order a cake for a retirement party.

He was saying the name of something, but being the uncultured swine I am, I have no idea what.

What I wrote down was cheese "encridete".

We're kind of up in the air, wanting to know what would be the best cake and a good price, he mentioned red velvet and a cheese "encridete".

I know he didn't say "Cheesecake," I know what those bad boys are.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Google isn't helping much except offering cheese enchilada recipes.

I have no idea, but could it be "en creme de __"? Look at this and see if anything sounds right: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_French_desserts

Cheese En Croute? That's all I can think of.

Hmm I'm French but that doesn't ring a bell. I can't think of many cheese desserts :( Just ask him again? Maybe in an email so you don't have to try to figure out what he's saying?
