June Goals

hey everybody! I'm looking for friends to keep me motivated and help me reach my goals! Specifically for June I plan to log my food everyday! (I've never lasted more than 4-5 days!) and drink allllll the water and get some miles in along with some workout videos! Who is in the same mindset? I have no specific weight loss goals for the month, just hoping my other goals yield great results!

    I used to struggle stringing a log string of days together. I'm approaching 60 now and have had success dropping the pounds by tracking everything and trying to get 10k steps per day. 115k the past 7 days. Stay true to your journal for better or worse and as they day total rises the weight will slowly drop.
