logging all my food to see where I can improve my diet. tough to meet caloric needs (6' 200lbs) without exceeding fat%! also, potassium is way too low even with bananas....

Potassium is not listed on every food entry so it could very well be fine.
If you want to lower your sodium intake eat more home-cooked meals so you can control the salt content. But keep in mind if you are wanting energy to recover from workouts, it pays to have enough electrolytes. Electrolytes include salt.
Here's a low-calorie electrolyte replacement. I'd mix it with water and mio.
For energy, eat calories. Easy peasy.0 -
Remember that the database is off wrt potassium. Here are some foods with more potassium than bananas: baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, avocados, yogurt, spinach.0
