Why I am doing this

I am not morbidly obese but I look like I'm pregnant.... Which I'm not. I walk around all day with my stomach sucked in. I am 34,have three kids and married to my high school sweetheart. However he has a bad heart and is also overweight. He's walking too. My sex drive has lowered tremendously bc of the fat and its just not sexy. I've started walking and just quit smoking and will do my best not to snack on everything. Problem with finding recipes is I dont like peppers or onions or mushrooms and all that kind of stuff. I like simple and plain. Nothing colorful. I want to be able to be here to meet my grandkids and babysit at least. That's my story

    Colorful is important, if you ask me. No one saying to make a rainbow salad but, you will get different vitamins and nutrients by eating a variety of foods. They almost go hand in hand. Instead of focusing on the colors, find healthy recipes that you would like to try.
