If you eat maintenance for goal weight, why can't you lose?

My bet is that for all who dont lose weight in here. And who say i weigh ALL my solid food. When they open their diary that we will find cup entrees, serving sizes and spoon and wrong (genetic) entrees.
when you are so convinced you are right, open your diary! When you want help..open your diary.
Now if you have a medical issue..it can slow down your process...but the rules are the same for everybody " you lose weight when you eat less calories than you burn"
So open your diary and let the people here help you. After all you are the ones that dont lose weight! You have nothing to lose!
You can only gain better or improved info for your weight loss journey0
