:) I've been weight training for a long time now but I never reach my goal of getting a good looking flat stomach. I eat healthy but not as clean to get a 6pk. I just started counting macros and I'm loving it. Let's see if it helps me. I nerd some friends and tips

    FYI eating clean has nothing to do with a six pack.

    do you use a food scale?

    what is your lifting program like? Structured or homemade one?

    What you need for abs is a slight calorie deficit to lose fat, a good structured lifting program, and accurate logging. Cardio can help with burns, but it is not necessary.

    The lowest I have ever gotten is 12% body fat, honestly, I cannot be strict enough with my diet to get sub 12% but I am cool with that….
